Foundational guidance to support training and recovery.
Hands-on training for underserved athletic communities.
BLV Performance Therapy was founded in 2020 by Adam Quigley to protect and elevate the health of some of the world's biggest entertainers, athletes, and performers — the people who give everything on stage and on the field, and need expert support to keep doing it.
Touring artists and traveling athletes rarely have consistent access to a provider who understands both elite performance and a schedule that never stops.
BLV exists to change that.
BLV provides hands-on, individualized care built around your body and your calendar — wherever the work takes you.
Your body is how you do your job. We make sure it's taken care of.
Hands-on experience from the sideline to the stage.
Originally from Laurel, Maryland, now based in Los Angeles, Adam was a collegiate soccer player at Salisbury University before completing his Master's degree in Sports Medicine at the University of South Carolina.
With 12 years of Athletic Training experience, Adam is currently focused on Performance Wellness in music and entertainment — most recently touring with award-winning Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer, after working with dance crew sensation Jabbawockeez and supporting the U-20 US Men's National Soccer Team in qualifying for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Prior to that, he was part of the Sports Medicine, Performance, and Rehabilitation staff for the MLS' LA Galaxy, Head Athletic Trainer for San Antonio FC (USL), and an Athletic Trainer with the NFL's New Orleans Saints and the University of South Carolina Gamecocks. Adam focuses on movement, corrective posture, and contextual management — combining soft tissue mobilization with therapeutic dry needling, the fascial distortion model, and other hands-on techniques.
